The Western Groundfish School of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.<\/strong><\/p>

The Western Groundfish Conference and its members are committed to the equity and inclusion of all persons. We harbor a safe shoal for everyone to freely express how they identify regarding gender, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, or disability by adopting a zero-tolerance policy on harassment and discrimination. We encourage everyone to familiarize themselves with inclusive language which can be viewed at <\/span>Inclusive Language Guidelines (apa.org)<\/span><\/a>. WGC is committed to supporting underrepresented groups by helping to fund travel expenses, providing facilities accommodations, and offering alternative food options.
