Hotels & Venues
All WGC venues, excluding the whale watch tour, are short walks from the Four Points and Baranof Hotels.
Buses to the whale watch excursion will leave from Centennial Hall and the Baranof at 16:15 on Wednesday.
For those who are driving to the conference or any of the events, parking info for each venue follows:
Elizabeth Peratrovich Hall – Parking is available across from the Elizabeth Peratrovich Hall at 410 W Willoughby Ave, see red triangle below.
Welcome Social – The Welcome Social and Registration event is being held at the Buoy Deck, located on the second floor of the U.S. Coast Guard Station Juneau, across from Tracy’s Crab Shack. Parking is located in front of the building and in the gravel lot across from the building.
Poster Session – Limited parking is available at the Alaska State Museum, however, parking may be available across the street, or other downtown parking areas, including the gravel lot across from the U.S. Coast Guard building.
Whale Watching – The excursion departs from Auke Bay’s Statter Harbor docks, located approximately 12 miles from downtown Juneau. Turn left at the Dehart’s gas station and continue down the hill. Parking is pay by the hour. The Allen Marine Tour boat is a large catamaran and will be located near one of the ramps.
