To make this self-funded event possible, we rely on volunteers, organizations and companies who generously provide financial support. Donations will be used to fund attendance for students and underrepresented persons, support conference facility costs, and provide during and after-hours events that foster collaboration and communication. A simple option is to sponsor the conference as a chrome through platinum contribution. All sponsors will be acknowledged in the Conference Program and on other event materials at the sponsor levels indicated below.
Please note, sponsorship is negotiable and we would be happy to discuss your specific requirements, including any restrictions that may apply. Negotiated sponsorship opportunities could include combinations of:
Naming rights to a specific conference session, Shoal or catered break;
A sponsor or exhibitor booth to be located in a prominent location at a particular Shoal;
Complimentary provisions;
Complimentary travel.
Please note that the WGC is not a charitable organization and donations are not tax deductible. The WGC does not endorse or support the policies, rules, or actions of any government, commercial, or not-for-profit organization.
